I haven’t been as ruthlessly efficient this reading period as I was with the last one. To my knowledge I’ve read every submission sent in from Aug. 1 through the first week of September, but I haven’t made decisions on every single one, which is why some of you haven’t gotten responses yet; so, my apologies for that. I hope to have answers to everyone within a couple weeks after the submission window closes.
